Message from the Creator

The raccoon fishing from the moon is, of course, a play off of a familiar image that takes us back to a time of imagination, creativity, and endless potential. Our raccoon is a bit more of a relatable, lovable boy, who steals our trash and our hearts.

On the yoke of the sweater lies a chonk treasure cat, casting his pole from a yellow crescent moon. Beneath him, on the pocket below, sits a bountiful trash treasure no raccoon could resist. This sweater is a direct reference to one of my ink paintings “Fishing from the Moon”.
