Payment
All prices on our website are in USD. You may also see the prices in your local currency. You can use an international card, the payment will then be drafted to its USD value.
Currently, we accept the following payment method combinations:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Depending on your payment method, there may be more than one charge which typically appears as a pending payment on your transaction history.
These additional charges are sometimes made by the payment processor as an authorization charge and will usually clear within 1 to 2 weeks, disappearing completely from your transaction history.
In the unlikely event that the authorization charge does not clear within 1 to 2 weeks, please contact the payment processor directly for support.
Campaigns & Creators
We ship worldwide with a flat rate. Occasionally we run free shipping campaigns, you can join our email listing to get notified.
To check, you can try adding the item to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your address. This does not, in any way, commit you to make a purchase. For the entire list of shipping countries please click here.
Knitwears that reach their funding goal are put into production. Since we have to make hundreds to thousands of knits, they can take up to 90 days to reach perfection! Thank you for your patience while we get your knitwear ready.
We know how exciting it is to support your favorite creators and wait for your limited-edition custom knits to be delivered!
Because all LittleGoodKnits knitwears are crowdfunded, we start bringing your knits (and more) to life immediately after a successful campaign has ended.
Typically, we start shipping your knitwears out 2 to 3 months after a campaign has ended. Your order will ship 1-2 business days after the production of the item is completed. You will receive an email when this occurs. Shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on your country and city of origin. You can refer to the estimated schedule on the listing page for more details.
Note: Delivery to some areas may take closer to 10 to 30 business days.
- Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
Taxes are calculated automatically to the best of our ability during checkout based on the shipping destination. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for additional charges imposed by your government upon receiving any knitwear. This is very much out of our control, and we are unable to foresee any of these costs.
All international orders are correctly stated, however the destination country may levy additional taxes, customs duties, and fines. These fees will be the customer’s responsibility and must be addressed by them. Little Good Knits cannot be held liable for any of these fees, hence the recipient is responsible. Little Good Knits is not obligated to accept a return or offer a refund if the consumer refuses to pay these fees.
If you need further information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. We cannot wrongly designate or mark your order as a gift. Customs clearance may cause a delay in delivery.
Please also note that all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please get in touch with your order number, current shipping address and new shipping address. This can be done only before we mail out the knitwears.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from LittleGoodKnits containing your order details and tracking number.
You can track the shipping progress by clicking on the tracking number in the email.
Note: Our support team has access to the same shipping information and details as provided in the tracking number. If you have a concern with the status of your package while it is in transit to the final destination, please contact the carrier responsible for your package.

Returns and Refunds
We’re sorry, but all sales are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled because we only create knitwear in very small quantities.
A campaign is a 3-4 week (typically 21 days) window where a knit is available for purchase. If a knit receives enough orders to hit its goal (typically 50 units), the knit will be made. At this stage, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If a campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, LittleGoodKnits refunds the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended to everyone who paid.
Campaigns help minimize risk for the creators and LittleGoodKnits! It also minimize waste and harm to our planet.
LittleGoodKnits is a crowdfunding platform that needs the community’s support in bringing each and every campaign to life.
If a campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, LittleGoodKnits refunds the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after a campaign has ended.
We try to bring each goodie to life exactly how your favorite creator imagined, but sometimes they may not turn out exactly how we wanted during the shipping process.
If your order arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact our support team who will be happy to help you out. Make sure to include your order number along with images that clearly and visibly show the damage/issue.
Returns and Refunds
A creator can be an influencer, creator, designer, IP owner, or brand of any size. A smaller creator usually cannot get attention from large corporations, and often can’t risk creating a custom knitwear. LittleGoodKnits gives small-to-medium-sized creators this power to develop and launch limited-edition knits that matter to their supporters.
You can always learn more about the creators in the knitwear listing. Different knits are also sorted by vertical, feel free to use our website as a way to explore and learn more about different creators in the same niche.
