Giveaways: Terms of Service

LittleGoodKnits.com and/or its related entities (“Little Good Knits” or “Sponsor”) may occasionally conduct contests, sweepstakes or other giveaways (a “Promotion”) on sites such as Instagram and TikTok (a “Social Media Site”). Promotions may be conducted either by LittleGoodKnits.com alone, or on behalf of or in partnership with content creators. Specific information for a Promotion will be set out by the Sponsor on the respective Social Media Sites at the time of the Promotion (the “Promotion Offer”). These terms and conditions, along with the terms of the Promotion Offer, shall serve as the official rules for any such Promotion.

ENTRY

No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Entry into any Promotion will only be via the method specified in the Promotion Offer. All entries must be received within the time period stated in the Promotion Offer to be eligible (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

To participate, you must be (1) a legal resident of any country in which a promotion of the kind made is legal, and not subject to any additional restrictions such as pre-registration, bonding, localization or translation of promotional materials; and (2) thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry, and be legally capable of accepting the Promotion Offer in your country of residence.

If you win, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian if you are younger than 18. You will need to give Little Good Knits your contact and shipping information. You need to have an email address and be ready to receive instructions on how to claim your prize.

WINNER SELECTION

If the Promotion is a sweepstakes or otherwise based upon chance, winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. If the Promotion is a contest or otherwise based upon skill, winners will be selected according to the criteria set forth in the Promotion Offer. The number of winners and winner selection method will be stated in the Promotion Offer.

PRIZES/ODDS

The number and value of prizes awarded will be stated on the Promotion Offer. Where a prize consists of an item of Little Good Knits product, the value of the prize will be the ordinary retail price for that product. Odds of winning any Promotion depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prize will be awarded only if the campaign is successful.

USER CREATED CONTENT

If the entry for the Promotion includes any creative material from you, including but not limited to, user created content, by submitting your entry: (1) you verify that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to any material submitted, (2) you verify that the material is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise illegal.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

Entrants release and indemnify Sponsor and the relevant Social Media Sites and their respective directors, officers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and representatives (the “released parties”) from and against any claims or liability for any damages, injury or losses (including death) to any person, or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion related activity or participation in any promotion conducted by Sponsor.
